Jyoti Kaushal
Managing Partner

Jyoti has 12 years of experience with both established companies and startups. She has extensive experience in Currency Trading, Treasury Management, Investor Relations, Fund Raising and Strategic Growth.
She kickstarted her career in Finance working with leading Investment Banks (Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank) across NY, London, Sydney and Mumbai. She has built multi-million dollar Trading and Risk Hedging strategies for GS, DB and later for Tata Steel India.
She has vast experience in various aspects of Fund Raising and Investor Relations having led Series D efforts at Toppr and securing Series A at Middle Earth Foods over the last 5 years.
I am passionate about creating impact with my work. With Evince, I aim to have my vast experience and technical skills culminate in real value to startups and businesses and help them achieve their potential.
Minakshi Kaushal

Minakshi is a seasoned finance professional with 15 years of experience across Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Financial Planning, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Credit Strategy.
She has focused her career on helping companies formulate and implement long-term growth strategies. She has vast experience in raising funds, having done so to the tune of billions of dollars at Tata Steel and has strong relationships with leading Indian banks.
She has worked across London, New York, San Francisco and Mumbai with reputed I-Banks, Corporates and Startups. She intends to bring together the best of the work cultures and her network to Evince.
